Moov Parcel are a courier reseller that work with small to medium size businesses to give them software, courier rates and market-leading customer service in the UK. Solution
Moov Parcel are currently using Despatch Cloud’s Shipping solution for connectivity to couriers, to support all the label creation and tracking their business requires. This empowers them with an easy and convenient way to manage multiple courier connections, such as DPD, Evri and Yodel, while ensuring a smooth data flow back to their systems via webhooks so they can offer customers visibility into their tracking. This also helps identify any potential problems more quickly and communicate those to customers in a matter of seconds, so any issues can be dealt with more proactively.
Additionally, Moov Parcel use Channels to pull orders from eBay and Amazon and send fulfilment information back to those channels. They are also looking to integrate Channels’ stock control functionality within the next two years.
Being a courier reseller, Moov buy cheap rates from carriers and resell them to B2B, and SMB customers, but they also have a software solution available, Moov Ninja, for businesses that might need it.
Moov Ninja has been built by Moov and wrapped around Despatch Cloud APIs to provide customers with an order management platform. It allows customers to pull orders from channels and have full visibility of their operation in a single platform. It also allows Moov clients to generate courier labels, create manifests and provide their customers with tracking information.
